So i need to put more glow in the arch and cliff, less glow in the hair, and blurry the bg, so the focus will be in the girl?

no dear,(in MY opinion only) less glow just where the sky meets ground., it's like when you cut/blended you feathered it. It gives it what I call a glow, bleeding into each part if that makes sense, instead of a clean merge. And not really a glow with the hair, the back side, there should be shadow, even though you can see thru hair strands the shadow would still fall on it in the back, and where light would hit it it would have a generally lighter hue. (trick on a new layer and a big brush plop a lighter color on to of finished hair and change it to soft light.. play with opacity and such, but it gives it a nice shine)With the BG you could go more blurry, I really was talking about the mix of focus you have going on. choose on and go with it, either crisp and clear of blurry. The focus here is kinda haphazard, pieces seem in focus while others aren't.
