I don't usually comment on photomanips because I'm never sure how much work the artist actually put into the finished product. But I like this image, so here goes.

The expression is great, I like the touches of blue around the eyelids, though I wonder what else could have been added to that face with a more vibrant colour choice.

I think the left half of her is meant to be below the left half of the pic, but parts of the body stand out beyond it.

I'm left unsure about the white outlines to the right of the body, I don't think they work very well.

Overall, I think I'm left with something sensual and high quality but when I look at the finer points I'm not as happy. Tons of potential here though.

I will keep what you say in mind. :) as to her body it's becoming in my mind..or maybe deconstructing? (unbecoming isnt the right word lol)

You're welcome, I comment on pics that I think are worth the time, and this is certainly one of them.

And I think 'unbecoming' is actually a really neat word for describing some forms of artwork, when used as a verb. Hmm, not just neat, but a really cool way of describing things. I'll use it in the future, but not without thinking of you first. ;) I thank you! :)

i cant find a flaw..in fact ...its quite amazing...
the placement of that "white line" adds a perfect accent to a beautiful hip and shoulder..its as if its growing on her...
she looks as if shes emerged into "life"

O Thank you Carolyn for dedicating to me the shy, beautiful 'Essence of Blue'. Somehow, there is so much of me in this, as always your work is talking to me. An half in, an half out of the blue... or should I said out of reality.
You can't have made a better choice with the shade of her skin, the colors and patterns of the background, the ascending volutes that are all feminine harmony. Thank you m'Lady :heart:
